My display driver is up to date, as is Photoshop itself. I've tried toggling on and off OpenCL and changing the Drawing Mode and I've also tried uninstalling my third-party plugins. I've checked the Performance preferences, and can confirm that the graphics card (A GTX 1070) is in use (Though this is a setting that continues to disable itself periodically - a bug that's gone unresolved for years now across multiple platforms. OBJ file, Photoshop throws the following error: "Could not complete your request because 3D functionality is currently disabled due to OpenGL being disabled".
